I intent create a MOSFET H bridge with IRF5305 and IRFZ44 to control a 48V dc motor, but to according with datasheet the VGSmax that IRF5305 support is 20V. I searched on web a MOSFET with VGSmax big, but can't find. There is a other solution or trick to make a H bridge to a 48V DC motor?

Thanks in advanced.

I don't think you'll find one that can tolerate +/-48V, if that's what you want. You'll either need some kind of limiting circuitry (a zener diode or something), or a more sophisticated bootstrapping driver.

are you familier with optocouplers________
those can help you with zeners precisely
