problem with upload pearl gui in rh8

Hi all,
I have problem to upload pearl gui in ldv41 suit.
when i run pearl without gui, it pload great (in shell mode).
but when i run pearl with gui, the following msg is apear:

>>pearl -gui
Pearl version 5.1-s072 (-cc)
Error: couldn't load file "/home/applic/cadence/ldv41/LDV41_lnx86.Base/install/tools/tcltk/tk/lib/libtk.so": /home/applic/cadence/ldv41/LDV41_lnx86.Base/install/tools/tcltk/tk/lib/libtk.so: undefined symbol: XFreePixmap
Error: Pearl Tk/GUI initialization failed: invalid command name "wm"

I also put the /home/applic/cadence/ldv41/LDV41_lnx86.Base/install/tools/tcltk/tk/lib in the
LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
but still the same msg.
my suspect is that pearl have some env' configuration in the .tcshrc.

Please.... need your help.
