Problem with toggling GPIO of TMS 5509 above 8

Hello
I have a problem with TMS5509 DSP. I can't toggle its GPIO above 8. (PIN8, PIN9 , . . .), I don't have any problem with others (pin1-7).
Should I do anything special for these pins?
