problem with task in PIC16f887

How many times per second will be reset if the microcontroller is set to 1:128 preskaler microcontrollers and works on Frequency of 8 Mhz.

Could someone explain me how to solve this kind of task? Please

The question is ambiguous.
The processor is only reset if you pull the reset pin low or the watchdog timer times-out. Neither of these depends on the clock frequency.

But I think that has a formula which calcualte how many times per second will reset....
