Problem with RTD simulation using SILVACO ATLAS 5.16.3.R

Hi!
I was trying to simulate RTD using Atlas 5.16.3.R. I have downloaded the RTD example file
from the SILVACO site (quantumex19.in : SiGe p-type Resonant Tunneling Diode). But some parameters like neg.eig are not being supported by this version of ATLAS.
ATLAS 5.17.2.R is required. But without this parameter I can't see the Eigen energies. Please tell me
how can I do it (Eigen energies) using my current version which I have.


Please reply me....... or tell me about the websites where I can get my solutions

Thank you. But I already have the newer version. I have downloaded it from the SILVACO site. They are showing that ATLAS 5.16.3.R is the latest version
for ATLAS. They didn't even launch the newer version.
