Hi,i do the design microcantilever array for gas detection.How can i put different pressure at the same time on different cantilever in array condition.Can explain in detail how to simulate this as soon as possible,thanks
 

hi,it depend on your processor.
you must design seprate processor circuit for each cantilever.
