Problem with PMA-545+ (LNA)

Hi
I have made a LNA using Mini-Circuits PMA-545+ (because of it's great Noise Figure) but I think I'm not getting a good result.
Of course I'm not using it's suggested Choke (I dont have one!) and Regulator output is around 3.4V instead of 3V and I'm not sure it's a clean DC output (maybe it's not that relevant) .
Any advice ?
(I dont have a good experiment in RF area)
