Problem with phase comparator output in a PLL circuit

I have built a PLL ciruit but I dont whether the circuit working properly or not.
The output to the VCO seems to behave well.
But when I check the Phase Comparator output the signal is not a DC signal.
Help me please anyone.
p/s I did not use any fitler

The output from PD won't be dc in any case. The square pulses are filtered by the low pass filter to get the required dc for the VCO control voltage.
So all is fine with your circuit.

It is output of phase detector, i think. Btw, what do you meant by "I did not use any fitler"
