[AVR] problem with pal on avr!

hello to all.

i want to make pal signal with avr atmega8

i use resistance circuit for make 2bit adc-(black&wite-color)-

i have a problem???!

whene i write many delays for show black and wite colors on my tv scren

i cant see any thing on my screan:bang::bang::bang::bang:

i think it occur because in this mod we have hight ferequancy

on avr pin

on another sites they use this circuit and can draw different paterns on tv screan

what can i do for solve this problem??
