I have some issues with the output of MCP73833. It not giving me the correct output voltage. What may be the possible issue?

How do you know? How can we know what this means?
Maybe just your expectation is wrong.
Maybe there is smoke?
Maybe an assembling problem?
Maybe you did not keep on design considerations.
