Problem with noise figure in LNA design

could someone help me figure this out. I have the right noise figure and input matching, but if i plot the gain this is falling way before the 1.9G [Hz] as i want it to do. I don't no which parameter is responsable for this to happen. Anybody has any idea on what aspect to focus?

maybe if i'll ask the question a bit different someone knows. Is the only way to obtain the specified bandwidth to use an LC tank as a load? If so how would you dimension this than?
