Problem with LM331 voltage/frequency converter in Proteus simulation

Hi, this is for a college project, a thermometer, the schematic is below. The circuit works perfectly fine in real life, but I have some problems with simulation.

Adjusting RP2, I should be able to get 4kHz output with 1V input, but the output frequency is way too high. Even with pin 2 straight to the ground I still get about 60kHz output, as shown above, which doesn't make any sense. Below is what it looks like in real life when it's working properly.
