problem with keil-ARM programming

keil arm programming

hi all,
i tried to make a project for LPC2129 using keil compiler.i didn't install any software except keil uv3.when i tried to compile it,i found an error (almost) like this:can't execute ulibc-gcc"

keil mdk-arm version 3.70

uvision is just an ide. it needs toolchains (compilers/linkers/libraries/etc.) to produce the code for your particular chip.

go to keil.com, download the mdk (3.70 now) and install it on your computer.

actually, i ve installed gcc.still it is not working..is there any settings that has to be made????
