Problem with GUIDE as a variable is not recognized

Hi! I had done a program with GUIDE, this program transfers a Simulink's program to DSP TSM320C6711, then a variable called CCS_Obj is created. My problem is that this variable is not reconized when I tried used it in others parts of the GUIDE program's text ( in the buttons's functions) .Thanks you.
