Problem with external HY62256A RAM

Hello
I am using HY62256A RAM with P89V51RD Ic , some time RAM is giving wrong data, what could be a problem , is it require pull up resistor in P0 port , as per data sheet for accessing external RAM pull up resistor is not requied.Please any one provide me the solution to over come this problem.

Does this problem occur within the first 1kB of data RAM?
Maybe somewhere in your code you haven't set the EXTRAM bit to a "1" ..

As far as the pullups are concerned - I would just try them ..
