Problem with exporting CDL with Cadence IC5141

I used CADENCE IC5141 to do EXPORT -> CDL for some schematic diagram as below,(see attachment)

I always got a poor netlist as:
........
XI13 net043 net23 inv
XI4 net23 XPA XPB XPC nand3
........
But, what I need is as:
.........
XI13 net043 net23 inv lp=0.35 ln=0.35 wp=1.6 wn=0.8
XI4 net23 XPA XPB XPC nand3 lp=0.35 ln=0.35 wp=1 wn=1
..........

->> What is wrong with my setting?

pls use CDF to edit the auCdl view of inv and nand3 and add the params needed

Call your Cadence AE, He will help you.
We had the same issue , one phone call solved ....
