Hi! I'm using Allegro 16 and I'm having some problems with the drill files. I sent the files to the manufacturer and they said that the holes weren't alligned.. What procedure do i follow to generate the drill files when i'm using blind vias?
Thank you.

Did you had your Artwork and NC drill parameters same if they are different then misalignment happens in data also check for scaling

The only difference is that while creating artwork i had checked the "supress leading zeros option" and at nc drill parameters i had checked the " supress trailing zeros" option.
Could it be causing the problem?

It could be, try regenerating gerber files checking either of two.
