[SOLVED] problem while downloading code to lpc 2103 using flash magic

hai everyone,
i am trying to download code to lpc2103 using flash magic, but every time erasing is getting displayed and after a while operation failed(erasing device) is getting displayed,i tried with lpc2000 flash utility also then it was not even getting connected, can any one help me to solve this issue

Check +Vcc and Ground connection properly with MAX232, PC, LPC2103.

And what is the Baud Rate Selection.

And check same crystal selection in Flash magic and Hardware.

actually instead of max3232 i used max232,now when i used max 3232 code is getting downloaded
