Problem on Connecting to SIMCOM548C ATCOMMAND (unknown GPS tracker)

I have some (about 30pcs) GPS trackers without brand name , this GPS trackers are installed on cars , now I want change the server and access to AT Commands of this Devices .
GPS GPRS Chipset is SIMCOM 548C
on images Chipset unplugged

Can't connect via Serial/Terminal with Hyper-terminal on Ethernet of board .
When Connect with a MicroUSB , no any device found on device manager .

Anyone know how can access to GPS tracker with hyper-terminal and use AT Commands ?
