Problem of IC5141 on Ubuntu,please help me !

ubuntu install ic5141

I have install IC5141 on my Ubuntu ,and also configure the file .bashrc like

export CDS_ROOT=/home/kevin/EDA
export CDS_INST_DIR=/home/kevin/EDA
export CDS_INSTALL_DIR=/home/kevin/EDA/tools/dfII
export CDS_LIC_FILE=$CDS_ROOT/share/license/license.EQUALIZER
export PATH=$CDS_ROOT/tools/bin:$CDS_INSTALL_DIR/bin:$CDS_ROOT/tools/spectre/bin:$PATH
export CDS_Netlisting_Node Analog

but when I start cadence by typing icfb& in the bash terminal, some errors appear like

/home/kevin/EDA/tools/dfII/bin/icfb.exe: relocation error: /home/kevin/EDA/tools/dfII/bin/icfb.exe: symbol errno, version GLIBC_2.0 not defined in file libc.so.6 with link time reference

why is the icfb a kind of .exe?
what can i do to resolve the problem.

I can't install IC5141 on Ubuntu. there will be some error while I begin input ./SETUP.SH in terminal :

Setting up softload for lnx86 in /home/Giorgos/Cadence
The following tar errors were detected:

/bin/tar: -b1: Not found in archive
/bin/tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors
/bin/tar: -b1: Not found in archive
/bin/tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors

Could not set up SoftLoad in /home/Giorgos/Cadence

You must have write permissions to install directory
and all its subdirectories
and atleast 10 MB available disk
space in install directory.

Can you give me its detail step?

/tools/dfii/bin/icfb: 17: cds_root: not found

I got this problem bin/tar: -b1: Not found in archive . I copied the program tar of a older dist (redhat 8) tu ubuntu. But after that I got another problem with libc so I mounted the chroot sarge(), after that all works fine.
