hai,

I attached my oscilator circut .some problem in this circut .change over time ups out put voltage is shooting .what is the problam in this design please help me?
 

I cannot read whatever format your attachment is in. Try gif or jpg

As it stands, the schematic doesn't do anything, some arts are missing, including the controller. The missing parts are probably responsible for your problem as they seem to control the switch-over from what I suspect is AC mains to a battery.
