Problem in using VMWARE in sony vaio laptop?

hi every one
i want to use VMWare Workstation 7 for running Linux Suse on it in order to run Cadence.
i worked by it correctly in different laptop, but now in sony vaio laptop (model:SVF152A29W), cpu:core i5, ram:8G
i can't run it and this error is shown:

can anyone help me?
