i'm a beginner user of pic.

For pic16f628a, pin16 and 15 is considered as i/o ports and oscillator crsytal i/o...

how can pin 16 or 15 be used as i/o ports while they are connecting to oscillator?

Can somebody help me? Please......
 

the 16f628a has an internal oscillator that can be used instead of an external one ,that way you can use the pins as i/o.best thing you can do for yourself is read the data sheet i know it's boring but you learn alot
