Problem in PIC microcontroller PIC16F630

Dear All,

I am using PIC16F630 microcontroller in my project, I have assembled the PCB and did thermal cycling test( kept the control unit assembly at - 40 C for the time period of 24 hrs) . After the completing the thermal cycling I have conducted the functional test but the I had problem with the PIC16F630 IC, it behaved like empty IC ( IC without the program).

Can any one tell me what might be the root cause for this problem and how can we solve this issue?

Have any one seen similar problem like this before ?

Hello Srevish,

You better refer the errata of PIC16F630 mCU.
