i draw it with CST , first of all have problem with Boolean operation (i don't know what shoud i do) , secondly with this properties : https://upload7.ir/images/02882149802556323622.png , i don't know how should use "fundamental TM mode of the plasmonic waveguide has been excited by a dipole source " ,
