Problem in create SDD model for schottky diode ues DAC and DAC

Hi everyone . I have some problem in creating a Schottky diode SDD model in ADS. First, I obtained current and charge values for different frequency components corresponding to different bias voltages (Fig1). Then, I converted it from .csv to .mdf format. Finally they are imported into the ADS DAC to creat a SDD model(I-V charastic and Q-Vcharastic for different freq component). And when I simulate it in DC to Verify its I-V characteristics，the simulation is error. My reference comes from“https://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/53657”，I still can't understand how to use DAC and SDD to creat a diode model
