Problem in Battery Charger Circuit..

I'm working on this circuit (3DC Source)


It simulates on proteus but without desired results.


Kindly help me, Circuit is design to produce 3v DC.

You have entered the value of C1 as 10^5 PF, should be MF. Also R2 wrong , not 220 Mega ohms, just 220 ohms.
