problem during installing matlab software

Due to some reasons I uninstall my matlab app. Today I try to install it again. But I get an error message as unknown error occurs and I have to close it. How do I rectify it and reinstall?
 

What was the error message which you are getting when you try to open it. Kindly be specific while asking doubts.
