Prob in CYGWIN cant copile kernel

Hi.,

im using cygwin i want to compile kernel code for arm9 processor, i have cross compiler tool chain cross-2.95.3 installed in local directory. but it is not compiling can any one give solution pls.......
 

you have to compile it in linux
