Please what are the mathematical equations pertaining to sports the printed transmission line with out ground

,and What is called this type of transmission line ( is this slotline)pls.

I know the mathematical equation for microstip is this type of transmission line has the same equation for the microstrip.
I need to calculate width and length for given value.

I am not sure, but try to increase your "h" (line height from ground). Do something like lim(h-->inf) and then use micro-strip equations
