You're refering to a log-periodic toothed antenna? Almost any antenna book will give you good reference. If I'm not mistaken, a tooth needs to be a approx. lambda/4 long for a specific frequency of operation. Simulation will give you good approximation for a real thing. Btw, what laminate (if any) are you going to use?
