Price difference SCR/Diode modules?

Hello everyone!
I can't get the HUGE price difference bettween these 2:

3 phase half controlled bridge : 33 Euros (POWERSEM)

Diode Thyristor module : 30 Euros (SEMIKRON). That means a bridge costs 90 Euros

Why is there a price difference this HUGE even if the characteristics aren't that different ?
