[Pre-P&R] Cells Delay Calculations

Hi there,

As for the nets delay calculations in the Pre-P&R stage, they are done using WLM.

But, what about cells delay calculations? How is the propagation delay over the cells calculated? Where the tools take the info from?

Search for "cell_rise"/"cell_fall" in the *.lib file
Are these propagation or transition delays?

I guess that transition and propagation delays over the cells depend on the driven load... So, how is it taken into account by the tools?

Where the tools take transition delays from?
