Pre-certification EMC

Hi,
I have dilema with this Conducted Emisions. Im new in this testing and I dont unterstand. Every images is from one luminaire with same conditions, I change only detectors and step frequencies (RBW).

2. In first image is used only Peak detector in range 9khz - 150kHz is RBW 200Hz second range is 150kHz - 30Mhz is RBW 9kHz
3. In second image is used Peak, Q-Peak and Average detectors with same ranges like first image.
4. In third image I used only Peak detector with all range 9kHz - 30Mhz same RBW 200Hz.

I go step-by-step to some examples from certificated laboratory (first and second images settings range and RBW).

My question is:
This luminare recombered or nor recombered pre-certification EMC?and why?
If somebody to explain me I will be happy.
