hello all, i had designed simple dc voltage measurement and display(LCD) with 8051 mc for a solar inverter. the problem is when the load is connected to the inverter the lcd brightness becomes dim. i think the load is getting maximm current. how to solve this problem should i need to have any special filter to prevent the lcd dimmness? please reply.

thank you

Post circuit.

Describe solar inverter, describe where and what you measure, what voltage (battery or inverter output voltage),...

Also check the load in use. If it is a test load, it is drawing larger amount of current that can be afforded by your system so the voltage is dropping making the display dim. Either decrease the load or try to increase current sourcing capability of the system.
