Power On-off circuit like a codeless-phone

I want to design power on-off circuit using tact switch. Please give me some hints. Thanks a lot! :roll:
 

well, first you use a little metal surface like you tact sensor, then you must amplifier this signal, normally with an op amp, and then you have to use a comparator to switch on / off a transistor that control , per example a relay
