Hi,

Currently i'm doing some study on the design rule setting for the power mosfet (0.25um & 0.18u technology).

I would like to know, basically for 0.18um technology what is the standard ACT photo ADI CD & AEI CD would be?

Should we set the ADI CD = 0.18um or AEI CD= 0.18um???
Kindly advise.
