Got anyone have a simple hall effect sensor that can measure the power of the device. I just want the reading and therefore hope can find one simple hall effect sensor that can measure power. Thanks

No. An hall sensor will measure a magnetic field.

There is spechial devices that is built around a hall sensor that could measure current.

To measure power (I assume you're out to get wattage) you have to get a voltage reading too, and multiply them.

A Hall effect Sensor measures current in presence of Magnetic Field. To measurement the power of device we need both parameters Voltage to the device and Current through the device. The product of which will show the device's power. Per Ohm's Law, W=VxI.
