Hi,

I want to design a quad-ridged waveguide. I also need transition, a coaxial feed. How should I choose the waveguide parameters and feeder in order to satisfy power handling?

Thanks

That's about a 200 V pk-pk system. Tons of low loss cabling that can handle that.

you basically have to make sure:
1) at no place along the transmission lines the gaps are so small that it arcs over. This includes when the end is being loaded with ALL expected possible impedances . Ridge waveguide concentrates most of the Efield between the two ridges, and they are typically spaced a small distance apart
2) u have to make sure that any series elements(like the coax center conductor) can handle the RF current
