Power Factor Correction for 50W SMPS?

Hello,

Does a 50W offline SMPS in EU need to be power factor corrected?

I googled IEC61000-3-2 but cannot find reference to the power level.
 

I am only going from memory but I thought it was above 75W that needed correction.
