Hi all,
I am writting a matlab code about power control in fast fading channel, but i don't know how to creat the function which input is the speed of user,(other inputs can be constant) and output is the channel gains variety due to time. In matlab there is the function :rayleighchan but the output channel gains is constant due to time.
