i need a mixer to mix 3.475GHz with 1Khz (or 500Hz)
any idea what will be the power consumption of such a mixer ?
and where can i find such a mixer ?

mixer power

Almost all double balanced mixers working in C band may be used. They are passive device no power consumption.

If you are asking for a commercial (and expensive) mixer look at miteq or marky

If you are looking for design idea, when choose the diodes, take in mind the 1/f noise. At so low freq (500 Hz) it may be important.
