spartan 3e power consumption

Hi Guys

Does anybody know about the power consumption of Spartan-3E FPGA starter kit board if working normally? An estimation is also useful.

It will depend on your design. X-Power is a tool that's integrated in ISE, can give you an estimate of the power consumption of your design after being implemented on the FPGA.

It's completely design-dependent. In other words, you can't give any number for the board itself unless you are targeting it with a specific design.
