i need to amplify the output of a ask tx/rx pair 300 -400 MHz .can anyone tell me if there's an ic for it which will amplify the output at that freq.these pairs r the standard pairs used for remote control application.

Hi, Look at https://www.hittite.com and select Amplifiers they have one that is cheap and will give you some 100 - 200 mWatt output power !. I would use the HMC482ST89 since it cheap and lot's of power in a small SOT89 enclosure. Only an R and L + 2 C needed.

Paul.
