My requirements are: Frequency band: 5.9GHz; Modulation: OFDM (BPSK, QPSK, 16-QAM and 64-QAM); Output Power (power sent to antenna): 28.8dBm. From the search I’ve done the best options for the Power Amplifier I found are: SE5004L - https://www.skyworksinc.com/uploads/documents/SE5004L_DS.pdf RF5626 - https://www.rfmd.com/CS/Documents/RF5626DS.pdf Which one do you find is the best? Does anyone know another power amplifier which can meet my requirements better than these two? Thanks a lot,

Beware, these PA's requires careful decoupling of the bias lines (Vcc's and Vref) and layout design.
