Hi,
Regarding the power amplifier design in ADS. How to do the with DC power supply & transistor grounding in layout window? and also during PCB fabrication process. Is it just replacing with Viaground which will be as hole in the layout?

Before all, have you ever considered Decoupling Capacitors placed juts after Lambda/4 Transmission Lines ?? You will have to place and be sure that they will change amplifier's response very much.
Use realistic models and take the parasitics into account..
You can consider GND connections being as multiple VIAs in parallel. There are VIA models in ADS Component Palette..

Thank you for your response. For decoupling capacitors, do you mean those ones?

For grounding, Do you think that just replacing each ground with 1 Via ground, then during the fabrication drill a hole for each one will be sufficient?

How to calculate the parasitics of the decoupling capacitors?

You don't have to calculate the parasitics.Install the DK of -for instance Murata-supplier for ADS then place appropriate capacitor onto your circuit. The model will include all parasitic elements of the capacitor.
