[SOLVED] Positive and Negative coefficient resistor

Hi.
I need to used positve and negative temperature coefficent resistance. Can anyone help me with it. How should i proceed. I am working with .35um technology

"negative and positive TCR values of Rbulk are found in n+ and p+ polysilicon resistors, respectively", read this paper: "Temperature-Dependent Characteristics of Polysilicon and Diffused Resistors" - or find the respective info in the PDK docu of your process.
