Port Pin status in Mikro C PRO for PIC

Can any body plz tell me how can we check the status of the particular port pin in mikroC PRO for pic. I am writing code for keypad interfacing with pic18f4520. So want to check status manually as available in KEIL.

use Portx to read port pins.
