POR (Power On Reset) Circuit

Do you need the circuit or simple POR IC which can solve your problem. An IC means which will provide the POR once you applied power to the board after some pre-determined time. According to timing you can select the IC.
 

There are many ways to do it. Here you can pick an active high or low.

There are various methods to do this POR but you need to be clear on how you want to implement it. A quick thing is to do google search so you get lot of perspectives about having a POR circuit requirements to be done in CMOS IC. Here is one link which talks about one of the method - you get brown-out detection along with POR.
