pole & zero

When I learned about pole and zero, I knew that they were calculated using Rin, Rout, Cin, and Cout values.

1/(Rin*Cin) 1/(Rout*Cout)

I know that it can be easily obtained using the formula above. However, I don't understand how the pole and zero in the picture are obtained.

Is there a simple way to find pole and zero in a slightly more complex form as shown in the picture?

The easy method is to use signal flow graph analysis :

The analysis of the operational amplifier's transfer function follows the same script: Determine the nodes of the input branch and the output branch, and then divide the voltage drop of both (Vo - V- )/(V-- Vi ). At the end it is pure algebraic manipulation.
